More than a pregnancy tracker — a spiritual companion

Most pregnancy apps focus only on symptoms, kick counts, and appointments. But for Muslim mothers, pregnancy is also a profound act of worship — a time for increased dua, gratitude, and reliance on Allah. Hamila is the first app built with both realities in mind.
Every feature in Hamila is designed with the Muslim mother's full experience in view: practical health tools sit alongside duas for each trimester, Quranic recitation recommendations, and guidance on Islamic birth practices — all in one calm, beautiful app.
Whether you are a first-time mother or welcoming your fourth child, Hamila grows with you — from the dua of conception through to the adhān after birth and the aqīqah celebration beyond.

Everything You Need, in One App

From the first trimester to birth and beyond, Hamila supports every step of your Islamic pregnancy journey.
Week-by-Week Pregnancy Tracking
Follow your baby's development from conception to birth with medically informed weekly updates. Track weight, symptoms, kick counts, and key milestones all in one place — so you always know what's happening and what to expect next.
Duas, Dhikr & Adhkar for Every Stage
Access a curated collection of duas and adhkar drawn from the Quran and Sunnah, organised by trimester and situation — from early pregnancy anxieties and requesting a righteous child, to the final weeks before birth and gratitude after delivery.
Personalised Islamic Birth Plan
Create a birth plan that centres your Islamic values — including your preferences for recitation in the delivery room, adhān after birth, aqīqah planning, and tahnik. Share it with your midwife or birth team with one tap.
Contraction & Labour Timer
Time your contractions accurately with a one-touch interface during labour. The app records duration and frequency automatically, helping you and your care team know when it's time to head to the hospital or birth centre.
Muslim Mothers Community
Join a private, moderated community of Muslim mothers from around the world. Share your journey, ask questions, and find support from women who understand the unique experience of navigating pregnancy with faith at the centre.
Quran, Surahs & Islamic Resources
Access recommended surahs for pregnancy, a complete dua library, and curated Islamic guidance on topics like breastfeeding, naming your child, and post-birth rituals — all sourced from recognised Islamic scholarship.

What to Expect Each Trimester — The Islamic Way

Hamila walks alongside you through all three trimesters, blending medically informed guidance with spiritually grounding Islamic content.
01
First Trimester
Weeks 1–13 · Settling your heart
The first trimester often brings a mix of joy, fatigue, and uncertainty. Hamila provides week-by-week updates on your baby's rapid early development alongside duas for conceiving a righteous child, seeking protection from harm, and steadying the heart. Morning sickness tips, nutrition guidance, and your first appointment checklist are all here.
02
Second Trimester
Weeks 14–27 · Building healthy routines
Energy often returns in the second trimester, making it the ideal time to establish healthy habits. Hamila helps you track baby movements, log your growing weight, and build consistent morning and evening adhkar routines. Guidance on halal nutrition, gentle movement, and preparing for the anatomy scan sit alongside weekly spiritual reflections.
03
Third Trimester
Weeks 28–40 · Preparing for birth and beyond
The final stretch calls for practical preparation and deep tawakkul. Use Hamila's contraction timer when labour begins, finalise your Islamic birth plan, and pack your hospital bag with our tailored checklist. Post-birth guidance covers the adhān, tahnik, aqīqah, and the duas of new parenthood.
"Finally an app that gets me as a Muslim mother — the duas for each stage are exactly what I needed."
