Duʿa for Entrusting Your Pregnancy to Allah

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْتَوْدِعُكَ نَفْسِي وَحَمْلِي فَاحْفَظْهُمَا لِي، فَإِنَّكَ خَيْرُ الْمُسْتَوْدَعِينَ

Allāhumma innī astawdiʿuka nafsī wa ḥamlī, faḥfaẓhumā lī, fa-innaka khayrul-mustawdaʿīn.

O Allah, I entrust to You myself and my pregnancy, so protect them for me, for You are the best of those entrusted with what is precious.
